Project Organizer is different from your typical note taking software because it is designed differently. The app is deliberately designed to segment your project notes into distinctive units so that projects do not get mixed up. It is designed to avoid confusion.
It is also designed from the ground up optimized for speed in searching and finding information quickly. A search in a typical note taking program will result in finding keyword matches across all projects. This can be done in Project Organizer as well, but the user has the option to drill into a particular project prior to searching so the search is limited to the context of that specific project. This prevents projects from getting confused if that is what is desired.

Project Organizer is an app to organize facts about your multiple projects such as current risks, issues, mitigation strategies, decisions, meeting minutes, contacts, procedures, next steps, change requests, resource plans, forecasts, actual hours, communication plans, meeting schedules, holidays, vacation plans, etc.
When your edits are finished hit the compose button to send the status report by email as an HTML attachment.
